My Story: Building Million-Dollar Systems
Kicked out of school at 13. My dad wouldn't let me sit around, so he put me to work plastering. That's where I learned work ethic early — either work or learn, no excuses.
Some people learn at Harvard. The rest of us learn at the school of hard knocks.
So I went back to study, trained as an accountant for four years, and got qualified. But I also realised I'd make more money running my own business than working as an apprentice.
By 21, I had a plastering company with five lads on the team. I built it alongside my brother, who was also my business partner. Together, we worked hard and scaled fast. To bring in leads, I started messing with websites and videos. I called in a favour from a good friend, and he helped me with the videos. He agreed to teach me if I invested in the equipment, so I did — and that decision helped us scale the business to nearly £1M a year.
Then tragedy hit — I lost my brother, my business partner, and one of the biggest inspirations in my life. This website stands as a tribute to him, and to the lessons we built together that I carry forward every day.
After that, I couldn't face construction anymore. Through neglect, we lost our team and the business diminished into nothing. But here's the thing — the website and videos I created back then are still bringing in leads more than five years later, with no updates. That's when I realised the real strength of building something that keeps working long after you step away.
I redirected my energy into a new journey — one that same good friend introduced me to. He brought me into Change, where I immersed myself in e-commerce, branding, and marketing. That's where I sharpened my skills, learned how to scale properly, and built the foundations of what I do today.
Since then, I've built systems that have made millions for other people. I've worked quietly behind the scenes with entrepreneurs, public figures, and business owners at every level — always focusing on the same approach: take the lessons, build the structure, and make it work.
